Availability and bookings
An enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when the requirements in the applicable proposal and service agreement have been completed, including any agreed retainer.
Portfolio ownership
Photographs, films, branding, written content and other creative material on this website are owned by or licensed to Gurlal Gill Photography. They may not be copied, republished, edited, downloaded or used commercially without written permission.
Portfolio and promotional use
Gurlal Gill Photography reserves the right to publish or display its work on its website, social media, other web portals, and in advertising, print media and sample albums for the promotion of its work. Any concerns regarding this should be discussed at the time of booking.
