Thank you for choosing Gurlal Gill Photography. Please review the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.
Booking confirmation
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- Dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- If Gurlal Gill Photography is unavailable on the new date, the deposit may be forfeited.
Coverage hours
- Photography and videography coverage will be provided according to the selected package.
- Additional coverage hours requested on the day will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Delivery time
- Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 8 weeks.
- Delivery times may vary during peak wedding seasons or depending on project complexity.
Editing policy
- All final images and videos are edited in Gurlal Gill Photography’s signature style.
- RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Client cooperation
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate schedules, locations and important family photo lists.
- Delays caused by the client may reduce available coverage time.
Creative control
- Gurlal Gill Photography retains full creative control over shooting, editing and final image selection.
- Not every image captured will be delivered.
Weather conditions
- Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
- Weather-related decisions will be made in consultation with the client.
Copyright & usage
- Gurlal Gill Photography retains copyright ownership of all images and videos.
- Clients receive personal-use rights for printing, sharing and social media use.
- Commercial use requires written permission.
Social media & marketing
- Selected photos and videos may be used for portfolio, website, advertising and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Equipment failure & emergencies
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, accident or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement or alternative solution.
Respectful behaviour
- Abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour towards photographers, videographers or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Travel fees
- Travel outside metropolitan areas may incur additional travel and accommodation charges.
Final delivery & file storage
- Digital galleries, USBs and online links should be downloaded and backed up by the client upon delivery.
- Gurlal Gill Photography is not responsible for lost files after one (1) month from the delivery date.
